- I grew up in the Hudson Valley area and absolutely love it here. I worked for 10 years in finance as an Human Resources professional and decided to go back to school in 2007 to become a teacher. I currently work for a Catholic School (2nd year teaching) as a teaching assistant in Third Grade (I am a proponent of starting from the ground and working your way up.)
